Merry Christmas, Netizens. We’ve waited for this very moment annually, December 25th; to celebrate an iconic figure of all times ▬Aside from Jesus▬, Santa Claus. Christmas is the time for conglomeration of friends and families, having delightful meals and presents from Santa himself. Ever wonder who place those presents under the Christmas tree? Well, the answer has already been avail and obvious at this point.
Legend has it that he was a jolly corpulent graybeard donned in red jumpsuits and his loyal companion of rein deers flew abreast across the vast starry nights to appear before midnight with a surfeit sack that pertained of individuals’ desired items of choice and down the chimney he goes. Still, how does a man like his stature climb down the chimney? Lubricants? Traversal between atoms? Who knows.
Now then, back to the main question “Does Santa Exist?” No, not at all. Santa is one of the ideas, like many other folklores’ characters, that has been adopted into the business world. You see, Santa Claus is, by far, the best marketing strategy ever. Why? Products. As you can observe multiple stores on Christmas Eve and Day, you’ll witness the eye account of wide arrays of items that cogitates about the definition of Christmas itself (e.g. Artificial Christmas Trees, Santa’s Attire, Christmas Songs, Santa’s and Elf Figurine, Christmas Cards, and so forth).
You might even ask yourself “If he does not exist, why do we celebrate Christmas?”. That, is an excellent question. We celebrate Christmas Day for the sake of self-amusement and self-satisfactory of an idea that has been brought down from generations to generations. To put it bluntly, we’ve been fooled all along. But, it’s still a marvelous event to spent time on holidays. Again, Merry Christmas. Should you take offense from this article, because I’ve popped your bubble of such fantasy. I do apologize.
